Questions
Common questions
Do you work with clients in Poland remotely?
Yes. I am based in Albania and work remotely across every market on this site. The practical constraint worth checking before scoping anything time-sensitive is working-hour overlap, not capability.
What language should a brand use in Poland?
Polish, essentially without exception for consumer work. English is common among younger professionals in Warsaw and Kraków. Polish is grammatically complex and machine translation fails visibly, which audiences read as a lack of seriousness.
What advertising rules apply in Poland?
UOKiK — the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection — enforces consumer law and has been notably active on influencer marketing, publishing detailed labelling recommendations and opening proceedings against undisclosed promotion. The Rada Reklamy administers the self-regulatory Kodeks Etyki Reklamy.
How does invoicing work for a client in Poland?
Standard EU reverse charge for B2B with the NIP verified via VIES. Poland has been rolling out its national e-invoicing system (KSeF) for domestic transactions, which matters for locally established entities. For B2B services sold cross-border inside the EU the reverse charge applies (Article 44 of the VAT Directive): the invoice is issued without VAT and the client self-accounts for it under their own VAT number. A valid VIES-registered VAT number on both sides is what makes that work, so it gets confirmed before the engagement starts rather than at invoicing.
Which platforms should a brand in Poland prioritise?
Facebook remains stronger than in Western Europe, alongside Instagram and a fast-growing TikTok presence. YouTube is very strong. LinkedIn is developing for B2B. Poland has a large domestic creator economy operating largely in Polish.
How much does brand work for a Polish business cost?
Every engagement is scoped individually, because the work depends on where a brand already is rather than on a package tier. Pricing is agreed in writing before anything starts, and I will tell you if what you need is smaller than what you asked for.
