Deep dive into your brand, audience, competitors, and goals to build a strategic foundation.
Services
A brand is not a one-time project — it's an ongoing commitment. Brand Management ensures your brand stays aligned, consistent, and strategically positioned as your business evolves.
Who It's For
Growing companies who need a strategic partner overseeing the brand across every channel and touchpoint, usually where more than one person now publishes on the brand’s behalf.
What You Receive
Carousel: the format that carries an argument rather than a statement.
Monthly performance review against the KPIs set in strategy.
How The Work Runs
Brand Management runs as a monthly retainer rather than a project. Each month includes a consistency audit across your active channels, direction on upcoming content and campaigns, and a working session to resolve whatever decisions have surfaced. Quarterly, the positioning itself gets reviewed against what the business is actually doing — companies change faster than their brand guidelines do, and the guidelines are what go stale. Where you work with external designers, agencies or freelancers, I brief them and review their output so the brand holds across everyone touching it.
What you provide: sign-off authority vested in one named person, and visibility of campaigns before they are built rather than after. What happens afterwards: retainers are reviewed at six months. If the brand is stable and your team has absorbed the standards, I will tell you the retainer is no longer earning its cost.
Honest Limits
The usual failure is drift — not a bad decision, but fifty small ones made by different people over a year. Brand Management only works if the guidelines are actually enforceable, which means someone has to own sign-off. If nobody does, the audits produce findings that nothing acts on.
I do not act as an approval rubber stamp for work I had no input into, and I do not manage a brand where the strategy is set by committee without a decision-maker.
Pricing
Every engagement is scoped individually, because the work depends on where a brand already is rather than on a package tier. Pricing is agreed in writing before anything starts, and I will tell you if what you need is smaller than what you asked for.
How I Work
Every engagement runs through the same four stages, whichever service it starts with.
01
Deep dive into your brand, audience, competitors, and goals to build a strategic foundation.
02
Craft a tailored brand and social media blueprint aligned with your vision and market position.
03
Bring the strategy to life with compelling content, consistent branding, and active engagement.
04
Continuously measure, refine, and scale what works to maximise your brand's impact.
Questions
A monthly retainer, reviewed at six months. It is designed to be ongoing, but I will tell you when it stops earning its cost rather than letting it run indefinitely.
That is the normal case. I brief and review their work against the brand standards rather than replacing them. Brand Management is oversight, not production.
Then the retainer is not working, and I will raise it directly. Brand Management depends on someone holding sign-off authority. Without that, audits produce findings nothing acts on.
