My Story
I'm Dajana Alija — a brand manager and marketing strategist based in Albania, with 5+ years of experience helping founders, CEOs, and growth-focused businesses build brands that resonate, communicate with clarity, and grow with intention.
I started my career in marketing because I believed that the right brand story, told consistently and strategically, could change the trajectory of a business. That belief has only deepened with every client I've worked with.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with both national and international companies — building brands from the ground up, repositioning established businesses, and managing social media presence across diverse industries, with clients spanning Malta, Dubai, the UK, and beyond.
I bring a blend of analytical thinking and creative instinct to every project. Strategy without creativity is dry. Creativity without strategy is decoration. The combination of both is what creates brands that actually work.
