Social Media Manager

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Tirana. This role is about content, branding, organisation, and execution — not just posting. You will manage social media operations across multiple client accounts, working with brands from different industries and helping them grow with intention and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media operations across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Structure and execute content strategies tailored to each brand
• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
• Brief designers and ensure all creative output meets brand standards
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and report on growth and engagement
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm updates, and industry shifts
• Collaborate directly with Dajana on brand voice, strategy, and client communication

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in social media management (portfolio or case studies required)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
• Solid understanding of content creation across platforms
• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut
• Reliable, proactive, and genuinely committed to growth
• Based in or able to work from Tirana on a full-time, in-office basis
